Door Entry Systems

Apartment buildings and condominiums are significantly more secure with door entry systems. A locked front door is known to prevent crime and illicit activities in multi-tenant residences. Your door entry system is installed in a vestibule or entryway and alerts residents when visitors request access into the building.

Systems can be configured in one of two ways:

  • Non-subscriber line systems are set up with a hardwired connection from the entry unit to each residence. Intercom and door release functions must be conducted from the entry display or phone in each unit.
  • Alternatively, subscriber line systems connect the door entry system to a telephone line. These systems can be programmed to dial any number, including cell phones.

Many communities find tremendous benefits by installing an access control system in addition to the door entry system. Options are available for these systems to work in tandem to create an effective and pleasant experience for tenants and guests. Whether your site has 10 units or 1000, we have a solution to meet your needs.
